Version 6 has a change for the DRAW

In V5, the DRAW was not effective against the BLITZ. In V6, the DRAW "can" be effective. I believe the rules state that the first die roll needs to be between 1 and 30? Basically about 1/3 of the time, the DRAW will have a positive effect, a neutral effect and a negative effect against a blitzing team.
